Manage DW Users
This topic introduces how to invite others to create DW users, drop DW users, notify DW users to reset passwords, as well as manage invitations.
Before you start
Only the DW users acted on by cloud accounts can manage DW users within DW service units that they own.
Therefore, before you start, ensure the following:

You have obtained a cloud account.

At least one DW service unit is available under the cloud account.
Invite others to create DW users

Sign in to the DW service unit console.
Alternatively, you can sign in to the Relyt console and click the information card of the target DW service unit to access the DW service unit console.

In the left sidebar, choose Access Control > DW Users.

On the page that is displayed, click + DW User in the upper-right corner.

In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the invitee's email, and click Confirm.
Only one email can be entered at a time. To send multiple invitations, repeat step 5.
After the invitee accepts the invitation and completes the registration with the DW service unit, you can view the DW user's information on the DW Users tab page.
Manage the invitations
Each time after you invite an invitee, an invitation is generated. You can manage the invitees in the DW service unit console.

Sign in to the DW service unit console.
Alternatively, you can sign in to the Relyt console and click the information card of the target DW service unit to access the DW service unit console.

In the left sidebar, choose Access Control > DW Users.

Click the Invitations tab.
Only Pending and Expired invitations are displayed.

In the row where the target invitation resides, choose ... > Action to perform.

Resend Invitation: sends the invitation to the invitee again.

Copy Invitation Link: allows you to copy the invitation link and send to the invitee directly.

Delete: deletes the invitation. Note that once the invitation is deleted, the invitation link sent to the invitee becomes invalid.

Delete a DW user
You can remove unnecessary DW users from your service unit.

Sign in to the DW service unit console.
Alternatively, you can sign in to the Relyt console and click the information card of the target DW service unit to access the DW service unit console.

In the left sidebar, choose Access Control > DW Users.
The DW Users tab page is displayed by default.

In the row where the unnecessary DW user resides, choose ... > Delete.

In the dialog box that is displayed, click Confirm.
After the DW user is deleted, it can no longer be used to access the DW service unit.
Reset the password of a DW user

Sign in to the DW service unit console.
Alternatively, you can sign in to the Relyt console and click the information card of the target DW service unit to access the DW service unit console.

In the left sidebar, choose Access Control > DW Users.
The DW Users tab page is displayed by default.

In the row where the unnecessary DW user resides, choose ... > Reset Password.
After the operation is complete, Relyt sends an email to the DW user to inform the DW user to reset the password.
